Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Charme Dance AI at charmedanceai.org. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Charme Dance AI lets you upload one clear photo of a person and use a prepared template to generate a vertical 9:16 video of a Baile Charme dance scene inspired by the Seu Zé de Madureira trend. You can choose the scene and an available resolution. Results may vary based on photo quality, model behavior, and selected settings.

Acceptable use

Use Charme Dance AI only with content you have the right to provide. Do not upload confidential material, private customer data, credentials, illegal content, or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, resell access without permission, or automate abusive requests.

Do not use Charme Dance AI to create, request, upload, generate, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content, including AI-generated videos.

You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing, advertising, selling, or using them in client work.

Billing and refunds

Video generation packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Prices and purchase terms are shown at checkout. Each successful generation uses one purchased generation of the selected quality. Failed or canceled tasks return that generation to the same quality balance. Returning a generation is separate from a monetary refund. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. Charme Dance AI does not guarantee that every generated video will be accurate, legally cleared, commercially suitable, artifact-free, or preserve every detail of the uploaded photos. You are responsible for checking output quality, permissions, disclosures, and platform rules before use.
